The Three Tuns is at the end of a row of cottages on the western side of Exeter Road. Of the three pubs still open in the village, this one is the oldest. A "Tun" is a another name for a barrel of beer. The pub is very popular with locals and tourists alike and has an old world atmosphere. The pub is well known for its food and it also has several hotel rooms in a building behind the main part of the pub.
