The Playground at the northern end of the Big Rec. as viewed from under

up with wire stays because they are too long and heavy to carry their own

The football (soccer) pitch is at the southern end of the Big Rec. The
football club is based at the
Lamb Inn. They hope to get a grant to
level the pitch and provide much needed changing facilities. At the moment
the ball tends to roll into the stream! |
